I had a beast revision from 550 saline to 450...

I had a beast revision from 550 saline to 450 silicone in 2001. As soon as the bandages were off, I was thrilled because they felt and looked so much more soft and symmetrical. After about 10 years I started to notice problems with my right implant along the bottom with it feeling lumpy and looking mis-shaped. It felt like it was bottoming out. I waited another 5 years or so and consulted with my 2001 surgeon who told me that because I was so thin skinned and the implant was heavy that he recommended strattice to reinforce the tissue. I decided to do it not only on my right breast but both sides because my left breast had rippling on the lateral side. I also decided to downsize so that the implants wouldn't be as heavy and because I felt uncomfortable having such large breasts and looking artificial especially in my occupation (education).
I am two weeks out and I feel like I traded one set of problems for another. I am more comfortable with smaller breasts, but I have three problems.
1. There is a 'dent' in my right breast on the cleavage side. Doc says he doesn't know what it is and to give it time.
2. Incision on left breast stings and leaks fluid. Doc says he thinks I popped a stitch. Looking at the picture of it, it appears as though there is a small hole. I am to use bacitracin and cover with gauze. I'll call him in a week to give him an update.
3. Lump at 9:00 on left breast. Doc says it's the strattice and to give it time.

I am disappointed mostly with the dent in my right breast. My gut feeling is that is will not improve with time. Doc did say towards the end of my appointment that perhaps there is a stitch that is pulling tissue inward and once it dissolves it will improve. The same thing was done to both breasts so my reasoning is that there is no reason why this abnormality should be there since the other breast is perfect in that same area. More puzzling is that there is no explanation from the doctor. Can anyone with experience with strattice tell me if this is par for the course?
