6 months post
6 months post lipo (arms, flanks and abdomen) - note dent above belly button
2 months post breast revision (pockets were lowered). Breasts now show better symmetry - more flat up top and more full on the under pole.
Provider Review
I've met Dr. Richards in November and explained my frustration in regards to a breast augmentation procedure I've done 14 years ago (300 cc of silicone under muscle with Dr. Ivan Manero in Barcelona, Spain). Dr. R said the problem with my implants were that they were placed too high, leaving me with zero cleavage and no projection at all - he suspects it happened due the fact my first doctor placed my implants through my under-arm. I have scheduled for February 2018 a breast revision with Dr. Richards - he is replacing my old 300 cc implants by new 600 cc silicone implants, placed under the muscle, and under the breast line (of course he will not place it through my under-arm again). I am also adding to that surgery lipo procedures on flanks, abdomen and bra-roll areas - he promised to do it all at the same day. Dr. Richards is not only extremely knowledgeable but he is also very kind, transmitting people confidence. When I saw the 3D simulation he prepared during our consultation, I was chocked with the change. Take a look at my posted pictures and judge it yourself - I feel like, if he gives me what is there, I will be the happiest woman in the Earth ha-ha! I am excited with this and can't wait to have it done.
