This is my 6th week after nose surgery for a deviation in the pyramid bone but up till now im having difficulty in breathing from my nose while asleep because of the mucus that is still blocking it, it usually comes out from my mouth as Phlem.


what can i do to feel better?

Hi Nassib, There is a nasal irrigation solution called Alkalol. Mix it one part with one part water, put into a little nasal spray plastic bottle, and you can spray your nasal passages as often as you wish. Alkalol is a nasal mucus solvent and helps with post nasal drip. Mucinex will also be helpful. Drink 5 to 8 glasses of water (8 oz.) per day. Good luck and be well. Dr. P
