Dr Harley does a Biltmore Lift which is a lower face and neck lift. I just got my before and after pictures and I can' believe the difference. However, I changed my hairdo as a distraction and no one asked me if I "had something done". I look better but not really different. I definitely don't look like I had a face lift of any kind. I have several friends who have also had this procedure and they all look great. It's amazing that I was only at home for one week after surgery and after that I could cover bruises with makeup. The pain was minimal and the scars are already invisible after only 5 weeks. It was all done under local anesthetic. I would recommend this procedure to anyone and already have.

Dr Harley is wonderful to work with. He has hands of gold. He seems always to be available if you need him. I don't know another doctor who gives you his cell phone in case you need to talk to him after surgery...but of course you don't need him because he has given you detailed instructions and everything is very organized.
