Worst Dr and Personal Assistance Julie Howarth - SA

I had a nose surgery done by Dr Tony Moore in December 2013. During the consultation he was very polite and he claimed he would do his best to achieve what I wanted. I have given him the Photoshop version of what I wanted and to be honest not a lot of work was required to be done to achieve the desired shape. He did not take an Xray, only looked at my nose from outside. I only went ahead with the procedure because I was told he is an experienced doctor. After the surgery I immediately felt my nose (on the left side) swelling rapidly. I thought it would get better with time. he did not prescribe antibiotics before or after the surgery. It was impossible to contact him after the surgery as his personal assistance Julie Howarth was rude and horrible making it even harder to reach him. I ended up with a horrible infection of nose and throat 2-4 days after the surgery and I had to call the "after hours Doctor" to see me and prescribe Antibiotics. I have visited him twice and every time he said you have to wait at least for 3-6 months to see the result. 6 months after THERE IS A HUGE BUMP ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY NOSE (WHICH WASNT THERE BEFORE THE SURGERY), THE SKWENESS OF MY NOSE WASN'T FIXED, MY NOSE WAS PUSHED DOWN INSTEAD OF POINTING UP etc. He did whatever was easy for him and did not take into consideration my request. I cried about the shape of my nose day and night. He agreed to perform another surgery and I agreed to pay ~1700 for the second procedure, but he ended up sending me a big bill 4 days before the procedure . So I had to pay AGAIN for his mistake. His personal assistant told me "it is what it is and you still have to pay". I had to cancel the surgery as I was told initially it would only cost me $1700. Overall it was a horrible experience for me and left me with a horrific result. I have to put up with a big bump and a disfigured nose for the rest of my life all because of Dr Moore's ignorant and greed.
