“10 months after rhinoplasty, nose still bulbous.”

Seeking help:

My nose is still larger than I expected, 10 months after rhinoplasty. It looks great from the front, but from the side it looks like the old nose. Still a hump (but smaller)and the tip is very bulbous. The tip is still firm. I was told that this means it is still healing? What can I expect? Will my nose get smaller, yet? I had hoped for a more elegant looking nose.
