I have read that by 6-8 weeks post op it is okay to scuba dive. However, my surgeon suggested to me 6 months. When I asked why, he said because I had tubular breasts and the implants haven't 'bottomed out' yet, that there is more risk of swelling if I scuba dive as it is a high impact sport. He had earlier said contact sports at 8 weeks was fine. I am currently 4 weeks post op and want to scuba dive at 10 weeks post op. He said it wouldn't cause permanent damage but maybe just cause swelling. Any answers?
400CC / Silicone / Under Muscle / Surgery Date was 02/09/2012 I had a great surgery, almost no pain at all and my breast looks great but im always worry that i will never have my breast soft again. I have seen some of my friends with the same procedure but with smaller CC's and they are really soft. My breast is softer than a few days after the surgery but not soft like a natural breast. Is it the size? Will my breast ever get soft after a BA? If yes, How long will it take?
Ive tried googling this with no luck, Im worried about the shape of my breasts, I heard when they drop and fluff they should change size and seem fuller but will they become rounder? More curvaceous on the outter side of my ribs? The outter side of my boob, will they fill out? I really hope so :| I told my surgeon I wanted my boobs to be round and curve alongthe outter side so I hope he has done this, please see pictures along with picture of what Im trying to describe. Thanks
I had breast augmentation on February 9th 2012 400CC / silicone / under the muscle / incision around areola. No problems at all, no pain and i feel great! I normally sleep on my side so, it has been hard to stay sleeping the whole night on my back. When is it safe to start sleeping on my side or on my stomach? I worry that if i try sleeping on my side or stomach I might wake up with the implants towards one side, capsulated, deform or even pop it. Could it be painful if i try another position?
Hi! I'm looking for feedback. My right breast had a mastopexy and my left has a Natrelle silicon 495 cohesive implant on Dec 20th. I'm healing fine but I'm thinking the implant is not a good match (suggestions?) or so we simply fat grafting?
Hello! I noticed this suture come to the surface here within the last day or two. I am one month postop and just saw my surgeon A week ago. He said my incisions were healing perfectly and now this little guy decided to pop up! Any tips on what I can do to keep this under control until I can get in with my doc? I have been washing it with dial soap, keeping it dry and applying antibiotic ointment on it to keep it clean. Any other advice would be great, thanks!
