Adam's Apple Reduction Q&A

Hi my name is Eunice, And I'm a young woman of 19 years old (african dark skin girl). So I hate my Adam's apple, I can see it sometimes when I take videos. I'm somewhere btw 173,5 -175 and I weight 58 Kg. I'm a model too so I'm taking good care of myself, not that I want to take 10 kg but I want to take weight, like 6 kg more, do you think that could make my Adam's apple appear less? I'm very uncomfortable about it and would like to do something about it.

I had a trachea shave on 03/08/2022 with an incision under the chin. A tunnel was created to access and shave the cartilage. Initially I had a huge bumb, larger than my original cartilage, however I was told that it will disolve within six months.
