I would like my face to look more feminine, especially seeing as I have a slim somewhat masculine build as well. Also, I have a somewhat prominent Adam's apple (for a woman) that, to me, only adds to this. Any suggestions?

Adam's Apple Reduction requires careful thinning of the voice box cartilages. It is not commonly done in most males but is extremely commonly done in sex change (gender reassignment) surgery. You may want to consult a surgeon who specializes in these procedures.
You have a long thin neck, so the normal features of your laryngeal skeleton are visible.
The top prominence seems to be your Thyroid lamina (the Adam's apple). It can be reduced, as we do for trans-women.
The lower prominence is probably your cricoid cartilage, which cannot be interfered with...
