Hi my name is Eunice, And I'm a young woman of 19 years old (african dark skin girl). So I hate my Adam's apple, I can see it sometimes when I take videos. I'm somewhere btw 173,5 -175 and I weight 58 Kg. I'm a model too so I'm taking good care of myself, not that I want to take 10 kg but I want to take weight, like 6 kg more, do you think that could make my Adam's apple appear less? I'm very uncomfortable about it and would like to do something about it.

You have a long thin neck, so the normal features of your laryngeal skeleton are visible.
The top prominence seems to be your Thyroid lamina (the Adam's apple). It can be reduced, as we do for trans-women.
The lower prominence is probably your cricoid cartilage, which cannot be interfered with...
Thank you for your question and I'm sorry to hear about the issue you are having. As you have indicated, it looks like the skin has stuck down to the cartilage. In order to try to help improve this, it may require a revision surgery where muscle and fat is brought in from the sides of the neck...
The parotid grand is on the side of the head. It is not underneath the jaw, for the most part. There are some cases where it could extend lower, but it is not usually necessary to contour it. The submandibular glands are under the jaw and they sometimes fall. Those can be tucked or removed.
