It will be helpful to have a picture and know what surgery was done.Drooping of the lower lid is possibly ectropion. This is a surgical complication of lower lid blepharoplasty, where the lateral canthus was not supported and the laxity of the lower lid was not appreciated. Consult a board certified plastic surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery). May need surgery to correct
