Can Squeezing Nose to Make It Smaller Do Permanent Damage?

It sounds like you have given a great deal of thought to your nose and rhinoplasty.  To change the appearance of your nose you should consult with rhinoplasty surgeons.  Do not attempt to treat your nose yourself.  Your nose should recover from the trauma that you inflicted with the hair clip.

If cost is a problem, you can call university teaching hospitals or look into Care Credit.  Make sure to choose your rhinoplasty surgeon most carefully, much more so than your chose your hair clip.

 Compressive nasal devices that claim to alter the appearance of your nose do not work for achieving a permanent change in your nasal appearance.  In that regard, it is unlikely that manipulating your nose for two consecutive days caused any permanent damage - likely just temporary swelling. Squeezing the nose in an attempt to make it smaller is not recommended. This could cause injury to the external or internal structure of the nose.
There are several different ways to change the nose shape, with both surgical and non-surgical options available. These are not things to try at home. See a rhinoplasty expert such as a facial plastic surgeon to see what options are available.

Hi there many thanks for you questions. It's very unlikely you have done any permanent damage to your nose as a result of this however I would strongly recommend not trying to do anything like this at home especially using household utensils! If you have any major issues with your nose shape please do consult an aesthetic expert to discuss your options. 

You probably irritated the skin and bruised the tissues underneath.  More than likely no damage was done but using the huggie or a clothespin will not make the cartilages change shape.  Your ear is made up of cartilage as well.  Try holding the top of your nose down a few minutes, when you let go, it will go back to where you started.  I would visit a plastic surgeon and get a realistic idea of what can be done to your nose and how much it will cost so you can start to save for the nose you want.  I hope that helps!
