Will Smiling and Yawning in the First Week After Alarplasty Affect the Final Results?

That area is specially sensitive after surgery, however it is doubtful that you have caused any real harm to the area.  However, I would check in with your physician to make sure that you are healing properly.

It is unlikely that your alarplasty/rhinoplasty result will be affected by smiling and yawning.  Relax and let things heal. 

The few times that you describe will likely not change the long-term outcome of your surgery.  However, you want to minimize this type of movement the best you can to get the best possible results.
