Smart Lipo drainage concerns?

I'm confused about the drainage. I had Smart Lipo on Thursday April 30th. It's now day 4, and not much difference. I think I must be swollen. Drainage wise, I leaked on the way home after the surgery. I changed my bandages and that was it.

I keep reading about drainage, and I'm not sure what this means am I meant to be draining more? Or what happens, is it meant to come out of the cuts he made? Or through urine? I had smart lipo with aspiration on my upper and lower abs. Thanks in advanced!
