Hisham Seify, MD, PhD answers: How quickly can you recover from liposuction under the chin?

Is there a way to have minor liposuction on my chin with a fast recovery time?  I'm a busy guy, so I don't have time to hand around waiting for a cosmetic procedure to heal, so if there is a way to recover faster than average that would be best.

Chin liposuction is a simple procedure that could be done under local anesthesia. The recovery is much shorter compared to more invasive procedures. The swelling and bruising is somehow limited, and few medications could be taken to help with the bruising. As for any procedure, this could vary between different individuals.
