Can overcorrection after monovision PRK surgery regress in the future?

Kind Doctors, i've had monovision PRK surgery 2 years ago, on my right eye. My prescription before the surgery was: -1.0 Right, -0.75 left. It seems that now i am: +0.75 right (+1.0 in Cycloplegia) and still -0.75 left (-0.50 in Cycloplegia). My questions are: 1. Could this overcorrection regress in the future? I'm 30 yo. 2. This bigger difference between the two gives me a strange feeling. Could correct the other one help or there are chances of overcorrection fo small amount?
