I know LASIK is ruled out as an option for me. Also, can I do something to increase my corneal thickness to be eligible for LASIK? I'm too scared about ICL because it's possible side effects include "BLINDNESS". Is it better to wait sometime maybe the thickness increases?

PRK surgery can be done even with higher prescriptions but results start going down drastically especially with coexisting astigmatism. I would not like to do PRK in this prescription. ICL is better definitely if you are otherwise fit for procedure.
If you have PRK it will hurt a lot again so you should have LASEK instead. Contura is only for highly aberrated corneas btw, so if someone says you need that it means the 1st ablation was not great. you need intraop MMC so you don't scar after the enhancement. good luck
