Would a rhinoplasty help balance my face?

Hey! It is difficult to tell because i don't see photos attached, however after double jaw surgery it is very common to see that the nose changes. When they advance your face forward- maxillomandibular enhancement, the septum can sometimes get displaced. The first step is to see what is happening with your nose to see if your septum is deviated. , best thing to do is go to someone who specializes in plastic surgery including lip lifts. based on that you can see what is the best approach weather to do a lip lift and/or rhinoplasty.
