What Causes Rhinophyma?

Rhinophyma is a condition which is typically associated with Acne Rosacea. The causes are unknown. It is manifested by a red (vascular) nose with a bumpy appearance due to sebaceous (oil) gland overgrowth. Certain foods can make it seem worse.
