I have had these "mounds" below the corners of my mouth and above my chin that make it seem like my mouth protrudes. I don't like the way my mouth looks from the front or the side! Based on the two posted photos and without seeing a before photo my guess is a maligned chin implant.To correct additional surgery is your only option. Did you have bony mandibular asymmetry before? Sorry for your issues.
