Stretch Marks--pulsed Dye Laser Effective? (photo)

After having breast implants placed I have developed angry red stretch marks all over my breasts and I am very disheartened and depressed about them. I would like to fade them as quickly as possible because they're so unsightly. I know they are permanent but I believe the color makes them appear far more ugly than they would otherwise look. They don't feel very deep but they are definitely pink. My dermatologist offered to do a pulsed dye laser for 2-3 sessions. Is this procedure worth trying?
