After having breast implants placed I have developed angry red stretch marks all over my breasts and I am very disheartened and depressed about them. I would like to fade them as quickly as possible because they're so unsightly. I know they are permanent but I believe the color makes them appear far more ugly than they would otherwise look. They don't feel very deep but they are definitely pink. My dermatologist offered to do a pulsed dye laser for 2-3 sessions. Is this procedure worth trying?

Yes, the laser beam does not penetrate deep enough to go through your lip fat and muscle to get to the metal. Some people may feel some heat, and we use soaked gauze to make it more comfortable for them.
