I am getting high profile silicone breast implants. Will they look too big/fake on my body?

The Breast implants will be over the muscle. I am 5 ft. 1in, weight= 112 lbs., ribcage= 31in., and BWD= 11cm., pre-BA (Breast Augmentation) = usually 34B.

I want to be a small D cup. I don't mind the slightly fake look but don't want to look ridiculous.

My best guess is that you will be very pleased with a 300cc silicone implant. Of course this would be easier to answer with an examination and "fitting session". I always strive to obtain a naturally appearing breast. You might want to ask your surgeon to view some of his or her pre- and post-op photographs. Good Luck!
