Nasal Congestion Made Worse by Kenalog Injection? Has Anyone Had This As a Side Effect?

I have had nasal congestion for over 20 years. I have had nasal surgery for enlarged turbinites, scar tissue removed, and tonsils taken out. I do not have what the masses consider to be related to allergies. The symptoms I have always had are: Constant nasal congestion, post nasal drip w/ dry cough, increased saliva making it uncomfortable at times to kiss my wife. dry and itchy nose. I have tried everything and the Kenalog shot seemed to make my nose even dryer. If u can help please help.

Best method to raise the nasal dorsum is not important. Pick the surgeon whose noses u like better and let him decide how to do it.

The pictures that are present show asymmetry of the lower lateral cartilages of the tip.  The reason that tip cartilages are showing irregularity is due to very thin skin in the tip area.  This can be addressed through a rhinoplasty that involves the removal of a portion of the tip...

It looks like you would benefit from narrowing your wide bridge and tip to make the upper most part of your nose bridge appear less narrow. I don't think that your bridge is too narrow in that area. Rather, the remainder of your nose is wide. Rhinoplasty can narrow the wide nasal bones and...
