I am a 28 year old female. I had a chin implant as well as neck/chin liposuction done 3months ago. The results aren't what I thought they would be. The implant improved the definition from the side but I still feel like my face looks chubby. I cant tell that I had lipo at all. Does it take a long time for the skin to tighten or is this the final result?

Liposuction result takes at least 3 months or more to become evident

After liposuction of any area, including the chin and neck, it takes at least 3 months for most of the swelling to dissipate and for early postoperative results to become evident. In reality, it can take up to a full year or more for some individuals for ALL postoperative swelling to subside and for the final-final results to be visible. Unimpressed with results from chin liposuction

No two necks are created the same. So it is impossible to say if this was the best treatment for you without seeing photos. I reserve this procedure for very fat necks only since the degree of skin tightening after this is marginal and mini lifting procedures are usually far superior in achieving the desired results. Obviously, by design, this procedure was not intended to treat the chubbiness of your face.
