Traditionally dermabrasion or surgery removal was used to eliminate marks. However, with the introduction of laserlight ablation in the mid 90"s, laserlight ablation with the CO2 laserlight became the most common technique. However, CO2 laserlight ablation needed extended restoration, often triggered the integument to lose color. In addition, the CO2 laserlight ablation only smoothed the epidermis and did little to enhance deeply sore marks due to devastation of the Skin by the Comedone disease process.
Deep ice choose marks still require a special surgery called sailing grafts followed by CO2 laserlight ablation for effective elimination. During this process, under local sedation, a little round impact or trephine is used to cut around, but not get rid of ice choose scratch. The hit area drifts up above the top area of the nearby integument. After 2 several weeks, the sticking out graft has taken, which means it has new blood flow and will endure. At this point, the CO2 laserlight is used to aircraft down the sticking out grafts cleanse with the nearby integument. The new graft ends the ice choose scratch. This is the only technique I have seen that successfully fixes ice choose big marks.
New fraxel non-ablative laserlight epidermis ablation laser treatment are able to considerably enhance deeply sore marks by building new bovine collagen to substitute the bovine collagen missing in the Skin by the Comedone disease.
These new fraxel non-ablative ablation laser treatment do not break the epidermis thus no treatment time is needed. You will need at least 4 therapies planned 4-6 several weeks apart. The laserlight energy is fractionated, that is damaged up into many little supports that complete through the integument without damaging it, and warms the deeply dermis to build new bovine collagen to actually fat up the big scratch.
The fraxel non-ablative ablation laserlight is a innovative advance in scratch elimination treatment.
