Hello:) I am a mom of two currently and I am looking to have a breast augmentation without a lift. I understand and have realistic expectations for results but the reason I don’t want to do a lift yet is because I am not done having/breastfeeding kids. I am in my early twenties now and plan to have a complete mommy makeover when I am done having kids, which will presumably include a lift (10-15 years from now). My question is is this possible to do with my current anatomy, thank you very much in advance!

Hello I had my consultation. He said they can possibly avoid doing a lift if I go over the muscle . Im thinking 340cc Demi motiva Ergo. I What do you think? I want a natural result currently a deflated 34b bwd 12.5

I had a liver resection when I was 20. I’m now almost 28 and have lost over 100lbs, finished having babies and am looking into tummy tuck procedures. Does the existing scar tissue make for a more complicated tummy tuck? I am at a healthy BMI but I still feel like my stomach is very large. the photo shown is after microneedling my scar , that is why it was red in the picture. It does not normally look like that :)

I am 37 years old, never had children. I have this stubborn belly fat that does not go away with diet or exercise . Am I good candidate for tummy tuck ? I have had BBL before , however after that i was on some meds where i gained 10 kgs ..…I think the surgeon did not remove enoubh fat the when i had the BBL a.Also want to know if i have weak abdominal muscles or need muscle repair ??

I'm planning to get a septorhinoplasty this year, with my consultations taking place soon. I tried to 3d-scan my face and somehow model the type of nose or rather the amount of deprojection that I am looking for in a procedure but have stumbled across the topic of nasal skin thickness and it affecting how much change can be done on the nose. I am concerned not much can be done about the projection of my nose and want to be prepared to face reality in my upcoming consultations.
I have not seen this shape of nose on a surgeons site and wanted to see what to even ask for. I want a straight slim nose overall.

Do I need a closed or open rhinoplasty to achieve the look on the right?

I'm 38, have had 5 pregnancies (1 c/s), and have lost about 100 lbs. This has resulted in significant skin sagging everywhere, and loss of volume in my butt. I'm 5'4" and about 120 lbs. I initially was thinking of getting a BBL, followed by a separate tummy tuck - the main reason being concerns about recovery (how to sleep when you can't lay on your tummy OR your butt?). It also seemed logical to me that you would want to have some fat in your abdomen to harvest for the BBL, so I was planning to do the BBL first. But when looking at patients with similar body types after significant weight loss, it seems like lower body lifts are being recommended. I'm fairly certain my butt is too saggy to "re-inflate" from BBL fat transfer alone, and that no matter what, some kind of traditional "lift" will be necessary for my butt, due to all the loose skin. Would I be a candidate for a lower body lift? Can a lower body lift be combined with BBL? The loss of butt volume is my priority concern (TT would be secondary), and it seems like a lift alone would help tighten up the skin, but would not help with butt volume. What procedure(s) might help give me the results I am looking for?

Hello. My question is should I do TT or BBL first. I’ve had a few consultations and I’m getting different answers from each provider. I’m being told that I don’t have much fat to work with so being suggested BBL first (so they can harvest the fat). Then others are telling me to do TT first, wait 6 months and then address the bbl. I’m conflicted because if I’m being told I don’t have a lot of fat, then if I do TT first, how would I have an optimal BBL surgery. Lookimg for some educated opinions as I really want to have optimal results with both surgeries being done separately. Thank you.
I’m 23 and weigh 110 pounds at 5’3 for height. Am I currently too skinny to get a bbl or if I could get one currently, would the results even be noticeable? Should I gain more weight?

I am 40 y/o 5’2 158lbs. Ive struggled with having excess weight around my midsection my whole life mostly due to PCOS. I have recently lost around 75lbs. Would I get good results with a ex tummy tuck? I would also like my breast to be lifted. What procedure would you recommend for both?

After having 3 kids via csection, I’m looking to get my body back I am willing to travel but need advice on which procedures I need. Do I need lipo 360 or will a tummy tuck and lipo of the flanks be enough to give me a good hourglass shape and flat abdomen? I know combining both theres a limit of removing much less fat. Also terrified of doing a bbl but want to avoid looking “rectangle” is avoiding one possible?

Hello, I want to have a mommy make over surgery asap. I’m a mom of three and lost breast volume and I’m an AA cup. I want to go back to a naturally full A cup and for my tummy I have no diastasis but some sagging under my belly button. Right in the middle only. I don’t want or need muscle tightening just a skin only tummy tuck. I’ve seen pictures of “mini” tucks and scars are 20-25 cm long. Almost as big as the regular. I wonder if - based on my minimal change need - I could be a candidate for a true mini tuck with a scar of 12-15 cm max? Same for the BA what silicone size would suit me best. For your reference I’m 5,2. 120 lb my waist is 66 cm and my hips 85. Im rather petite. Thank you

Hi — I’m 31, I’ve never smoked, I’m very physically active, and I don’t have any health conditions or allergies. I don’t have kids and I’m not planning to. I’m currently around a 30DD and I’m wondering if it’s possible to reduce down to a small B cup. My breasts have bothered me since I was about 15, and I’m considering a reduction mainly for comfort — especially for the gym and for how clothes fit. Is a breast reduction possible at my current size, and is that kind of size change realistic?

I (28F) recently booked my implant + lift coming up in 5.5 weeks. During the consultation process I was actively looking at galleries online and educating myself on the procedures so I could come to the consultations prepared. I sent the clinic many wish pics ahead of my consult (strictly from plastic surgery galleries with women who have a similar body weight/breast anatomy to me). I am very slim so it was hard to find patients with similar stats to me (85lbs / 38.5kg x 5'2 / 160cm). So I decided to include some photos simply because of the fact they had a similar body to me and I liked ONE aspect of their after. (As you can imagine it can be hard to find similar weight, height, breast anatomy, and profile choice!) Unfortunately, as I look back now on the photos I sent them - I realize I do NOT like some of the photos I included. And I have completely changed my mind on some of them! And ironically, some photos which I did not like before, now I have come to like them! My next appointment is in 2 weeks and I feel like I have been emailing the clinic a lot already. I hate to be annoying; however, I just wanted to make sure its not too late to inform them of what I like and don't like and I didn't shoot myself in the foot by explaining properly. At the time I did not have as much knowledge or time spent on looking at the ideal breasts I think its my post booking/payment anxiety coming to me, but is this common? Its not too late right?

I had a breast implant revision ans switched out my for 575 gummy implants. I notive that my implants move alot is this normal Im 7 months post op and feel like they move so much not my saline implants.

I currently have 550cc ho over the muscle implants i had 10 years ago which have now dropped and displaced due to weight loss, there is also a lot of riplling u can see and feel, my consultant haa suggested a maxtopexy with new implants under the muscle in a new pocket I am happy for all of this apart from the sizing as ge said he can only use a maximum of 350cc and I was hoping for around 425cc

I have thought about some kind of procedure to fix what 4 pregnancies have done to my breast, but am unsure of where to start. I have 4 children and I breast fed them all. My last baby is now 3 and I’m one year post breast feeding officially. I do not plan on having any more children And I would like to begin exploring my options, but before I make a consultation, I was curious if there was a way to enhance the look of my breasts without scars. Ive never had surgery before and I do not know how my skin will react to stitches. I’m a small lady, 35y , Is it possible to avoid scars, assuming my only option is a regular breast lift. The anchor scars I would not be happy with. Also, I now have one breast a full cup larger than the other.

Could I still e a candidate for stomach lipo despite my stomach tattoos, or would they become extremely warped? I have a pouch of fat on my left side that doesn't go away with diet nd exercise, it makes my stomach appear uneven because the skin on right side of abdomen is stretched tight due to corrective surgery from gastroschesis as a baby. Currently 5 '2 110 pounds, pouch does not go away even at 89lbs.

I have a muffin top that i didnt have before or maybe didnt notice before. After my tt and lipo of the abdoman and flanks, a very noticeable layer of fat is sitting on my hip making my hip dips look even worse. What can i do that doesnt include surgery? Im afraid of going under due to a plumonary embolisim i got after my procedure in 2024 which doctors say may or may not be there anymrore. Im no longer on medication for it.

I’m considering liposuction of my abdomen and flanks, but I’m currently quite lean and may naturally gain some weight over the next few years. Would the timing of the procedure (doing it at a lower vs slightly higher body weight) affect: - the number of fat cells reduced in the treated area, and - how that area responds to future weight gain? Specifically, if I have liposuction at a lower weight versus a slightly higher (like +3-5kg) weight, would that meaningfully change how much fat I might regain in the abdomen and flanks over time, or how my body redistributes fat overall?

I’ll be turning 45 this summer, I’ve also had four children and l lost over 100lbs two years ago. I have always had one “lazy” eyebrow bur it had become more pronounced and I’m self conscious of ir and the hallows of my eyelids themselves. Would a cosmetic procedure be appropriate right now?
I’m 44 years old and have heard mixed things regarding a brow lift vs upper blepharoplasty. I’m wondering which one will be more beneficial for me? Overall I’m looking to have my eyes look more open, a more defined crease and the hoods gone.

I’m only 32 and have noticed these shadows and puffiness under my eyes ever since getting juvederm filler a couple years ago. I have since had it removed but the puffiness persists. These shadows make me look so tired all the time- what could be done to correct this? I have Done a round of Morpheus 8 in hopes to tighten the area but didn’t see a difference. Thanks in advance for your professional advice!

Hi there I recently saw a surgeon regarding a lower blepharoplasty. He said I would be a good candidate but mentioned the procedure would involve dissolvable sutures along the orbital bone (just under the eye socket). I have anxiety and I hate the idea of a foreign object being left under my skin. I know it sounds ridiculous but it worries me. He said the sutures could take up 6 months for the suture knots to fully dissolve. He also said I could opt out of having the sutures along the lower eye socket but it means that area will look 'flat' and not as natural. Are there any other options to remove my eye bags which won't involve underskin sutures in that area? Thank you
