My Left side had a dog ear, and on March 1st my PS performed a small in office revision excising the dog ear on my Left side. As you can see from my AFTER pictures, I still have a dog ear! How long do I have to wait before an attempt to excise the dog ear AGAIN? - And no, that is not muffin top, and per the pictures the pants are loose and not pushing my skin up.

Thanks for your question. It looks as if the surgeon has excised tissue from above your previous scar to the area marked in the original photo. By doing that they were trying to move the scar down towards the genital area. It really wasn't going to ever lengthen the distance...
