Hello, I am currently 7 days post-op rhinoplasty and I have I horrible dry sensation inside my nostrils, more so in the front. At first, I thought dry blood and scabs were causing this but after I cleaned my nose with a saline spray and removed all of the blood, it still felt dry and stiff! I am currently still wearing the drip pad because the dry air really irritates it even more. So, I was just wondering how long I can expect to have this crusty/dry feeling? Thank you so much!

I can't tell what's going on based on your description. You do not have any air between the skin or lining in the cartilage. The cartilage can be warped with pressure. Any asymmetry should be pointed out to your plastic surgeon.
Thank you for your question and photos. Varying degrees of facial asymmetry is quite common...whether its noticed or not. From your photos I cannot detect any significant departures from normal variation. The breathing problem can certainly be addressed after proper evaluation. ...
