Lifetime Warranty for Mentor Breast Implants?

I think my breast implants were manufactured by Mentor, and I am just wondering (because I don't remember) if there's a lifetime warranty on them, since one of them ruptured. Will I have to pay full price to have them replaced? It has been 11 years but everyone tells me that the company should have warranty on them.

Warranty on Mentor Breast Implants

Mentor will always replace the breast implants if they rupture due to a defect in the implant. Most implants that leak are secondary to an implant flaw and the company will replace them at no cost regardless of how long ago they were placed. In short, the breast implants come with a lifetime warranty.

Extended warranty information for Mentor breast implants

You have a life time guarantee on the product (Breast Implants) if you have a deflation. For the first 10 years there is financial assistance from the company as well. After the 10 years, there is no financial assistance from Mentor. If you are planning on changing out the implants due to a deflation, now would be the time to do so.
