This is Dr Özge ErgünThank you for sharing your photos You presents with an anatomically favorable post-gravid breast contour, specifically following four prior parturitions.• Clinical Assessment: We observe minimal parenchymal ptosis and a favorable orientation of the Nipple-Areola Complex (NAC), which remains in a functionally and aesthetically acceptable anterior projection.• Indication: The primary aesthetic deficit is volume depletion, which is secondary to glandular atrophy, and t...
You do appear to be a good candidate for an abdominoplasty, which would remove your pouch you dislike and help to smooth and tighten your abdomen. In order to achieve the flattest abdomen possible, you should try to bring your weight down as close as possible to your ideal body weight. Your present BMI is slightly over 29 so some weight loss would complement your results. Best wishes.
Great question—most of your result happens in the first 6–8 weeks. You control a lot of it with prep, surgeon choice, and how you protect the grafts while they “re-plug in.”Before surgery (sets the stage) • Stable weight for ~3–6 months; avoid crash diets after surgery. • Absolutely no nicotine/vaping 4 weeks before and at least 6 weeks after—nicotine chokes the tiny vessels your fat needs to survive. • Control diabetes/thyroid/iron issues; high-protein diet (about 1.2–1.6 g/kg/...
That said, we have not seen issues with any of our patients who smoke. Since the nose is a vascular organ, it is different than other plastic surgical procedures, where nicotine use and smoking are a risky proposition. The best advice I could give you is to lose the nicotine habit sooner rather than later. Thank you. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

In some cases of larger areolae, it may be safer to leave behind a vertical remnant of areola, because complete areolar removal may jeopardize blood flow of the skin flaps during closure. After several months for the new skin to soften and post operative edema to resolve, there is usually sufficient skin laxity to remove the remaining areolar tissue. This may potentially be performed in an office procedure under local anesthesia.
Cup size isn't important. How you look in the mirror is. that's why you need to get sized in the office by the surgeon. That will inform the surgeon the correct implant for you.
It would not be accurate to make a definite judgment without an in-person examination, but based on your description and photo, there appears to be some skin laxity and stretch marks on the abdomen. These usually indicate that the skin’s elasticity is partially reduced after pregnancy. In such cases, liposuction can sometimes make looseness more visible because removing fat decreases the support underneath the skin. However, since you are young, your skin still has some capacity to r...
Ptosis surgery (raising the eyelid height) can often have asymmetries following surgery. Revision surgery would be required to improve the symmetry of the eyelids. Best to see your surgeon again to get their opinion.
Patients have increasingly become interested in facelifts at a younger age. In your case, aging changes appear relatively early or mild and may not warrant a full facelift. You could consider microliposuction of the prejowls, which can be done under local anesthesia, and potentially an upper lid blepharoplasty.
