Procedure to make nipples smaller and more symmetrical?

I have larger nipples. Is there a procedure to make them smaller and more uniform in shape?

I have large areolas, which were once regular size but got stretched after I lost weight. I want to have the surgery to make them smaller, but scared of losing sensitivity in my nipples and not being able to breast feed... I am 24 years old and my breast look like a 42 year old.. Is this surgery a good idea??
