I've decided to have breast implants, but I have back problems. Can I still go ahead?

I have another questinons finally i decided to get breast implants but i have one problem i do have a back problems my hiropractic said that i have pinch nerve and herniated disc. Im not working but im full time mom of 2 kids and every day work like cooking cleaning or lifting heavy stuff makes my back worst sometimes that bad that im not walking. My hiropractic didnt say yes or no and i need more answers so i can decide because my health is more important than look.Ty
