I feel as though I have a larger lower half of my face, as in long. I have an extremely narrow face, with a long chin (especially when I smile, and it's also uneven) - and also my jaw is not very defined. I think if it were more defined my face would look a lot better and more put together. I don't have cheek bones so really my face looks extremely flat. I am curious what I can do or opinions from profession surgeons on my best options.
