Hyperpigment from Laser Treatment for Acne?

I am a 45 year old woman who had laser on face for acne two years ago. The places laser touched have hyperpigmented. I have tried 10% HyroQ but no much has changed. Any suggestions. I am of Indian Origin. My skin tone is beige. Thanks.
