Ok. I'm not here to try to complain. However, on February 10th 2015 I got an alarplasty. Thinking to myself "finally" I get the nose I always wanted. However when I finally got to see the result ... long story short ... it was the exact same as previous. Maybe even a bit worse. I'll try to post pictures. i'dk what to do .. did I reallyyou just waste $2000? ...I would really like to find out about getting in touch with a surgeon with computer software to realize results beforehand...

A photo would be very helpful in this case. At 4 months there may still be a little swelling, but it sounds like a decision has already been made to revise. I suggest you wait 9-12 months if possible. I perform alar wedge excisions often. Its possible that moving the alae...
You should not have any change in breathing after alarplasty. If you are reducing the size of your nostrils this could affect your breathing. Sincerely,
