I'm still producing approximately 50cc of fluid 6 weeks post op. I'm wearing my compression garment during the day and it's so uncomfortable but I'll continue until my ps tells me otherwise. My drain tube is not infected but does spot periodically. I think it's when I bump it accidentally. Is producing fluid this long a complication? I also had a breast lift and hernia repair and ended up with PE's and back in hospital for a few days. What a whip! I'm 65 and in good health.

Muscle repair is considered to be a cosmetic procedure which is why most insurance providers won't cover that. You can probably get your hernia repair covered, though.
Early changes concerning the shape of the belly button is not unusual. Give it time and it will definitely change. If it heals abnormally or you do not like the shape at 6 months post op then you may consider a revision.
