I have a breast augmentation consultation next Monday. I am 21 years old with no history of breast cancer and I was wondering if it would be necessary for me to get a mammogram screening done before my surgery? I know I should wait to ask the doctor himself next week but I am just dying to know if this is a mandatory step or not.
