Is it safe to have dental work post breast augmentation?

Hi There, About a week before my scheduled breast augmentation I found out I needed a root canal. I had the root canal preformed and was told to come back in 2 weeks to have the crown the placed. On July 6 I had my breast augmentation completed and the day after a part of my tooth broke off :) It is the side of the tooth, feels like it is to the gum line but the temporary filling is still there. What are your suggestions? Thanks!
