What's the average price of chin liposuction, or at least the cost range?

Although there might be variation in the occasional patient, this is my fee for neck lipo under local anesthesia.  If patients want more anesthesia, it would be more expensive.

Cost factors vary significantly for a number of good reasons: Prices vary greatly because the surgery itself encompasses a wide range of techniques that can be performed to different extents. My recommendation is to first find the most qualified surgeons where you want the surgery performed that are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery you trust, then compare prices between them. 1. Location - Will it be performed in a hospital with an overnight stay, an independent out- patient facility or a doctor’s office? Geographical location also has a significant influence. RealSelf has average charges for most areas of the USA.


2. Type of Anesthesia - local, IV sedation or General Anesthesia? Will a board certified anesthesiologist, nurse anesthetist, or an RN be used?
    
      3. Experience and training of your surgeon. The best and longest trained is most often a plastic surgeon board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery
   
      4. Length and Complexity of Surgery - how difficult will your surgery be and how long it will take, etc. Will other complementary procedures also be also performed during the same surgery?

We charge 2,500 $. That includes all fees, anesthesia, preops and post ops. 
This is probably one of my favorite procedures as it results in the most happy patients. In most people with this issue this fat is genetic and just sticks around no matter what kind of diet or exercise program you try. Good for plastic surgeons but bad for patients haha.

The cost of surgery shouldn't be your only concern when choosing a plastic surgeon for your procedure. Determine his experience, training, reputation, before and after photos, and revision rate. In Atlanta, chin liposuction can be performed under local anesthesia or under sedation or general anesthesia. Though local anesthesia sounds like a good idea, the neck has to be injected with numbing medicine from ear to ear all the way across the neck which can be several needle sticks. The procedure takes 15 minutes under sedation and I think this would be a much more comfortable procedure. In Atlanta, chin liposuction with sedation ranges from $2000-$4000 depending on the surgeon's experience.Over the age of 45, many people lose skin elasticity and, if you fall into that category, you may need a neck lift along with the neck liposuction so the skin doesn't hang afterwards.
