Chin Liposuction in the Midwestern, US: $1000-$1500

Chin liposuction costs vary and are dependent upon multiple factors.  These include the surgeon’s fee, facility fee, anesthesia charges, location of the liposuction procedure and the type of liposuction performed.  The approach to liposuction varies from physician to physician.  Some surgeons use general anesthesia, some use a hospital, and some use techniques that involve expensive technology.  Each of these variables can affect the cost of chin liposuction.

Obtaining liposuction fee quotes on the telephone or internet can be confusing.  Therefore, it’s important to meet with a physician and know exactly what he or she is talking about.  Make sure you’re not talking apples and oranges and that you’re getting a fee quote for a comparable procedure.

In the Midwestern United States, chin liposuction fees range from $1000 to $1500. This would typically include the surgeons fee, facility fee, anesthesia charges and after care.

Cost is obviously important, but it’s also important to be comfortable with the surgeon’s qualifications and experience.  Make sure you get all your questions answered and are comfortable with your surgeon.

Aimee,

Chin, or submental, liposuction can range anywhere from $2000 to upwards of $5000-$6000. It has multiple variables, such as how much fat is present, how large an area is being treated, whether the jawline is to be enhanced, the area you live in, to name a few. Obtain a few quotes from consultations with local board certified plastic surgeons for an idea of costs in your area. Good luck!

The cost of cosmetic surgery including chin liposuction is driven by 3 factors. These are anesthesia doctors fee,  surgeon's fee, and operating room fee. The other determining factor is whether simple chin liposuction of  the submental fat will be enough of a result for the patient versus performing a neck lift which is removal of sub-platysmal fat as well as sub-mental fat and a platysma plasty. Chin/neck Lipo

A standard liposuction of the neck can usually be done under local anesthesia as an office procedure for between $1500 - $2000.  SmartLipo (laser-assisted lipo) will cost slightly more.  If anesthesia sedation is used or if an ambulatory sirgical facility is needed, the cost can be higher.

This fee varies by surgeon, location, and amount of work that needs to be done. A general idea is $1500- $3000. I suggest making a consult appointment with a surgeon in your area to discuss your particular case.

Cost for chin liposuction

Cost will vary depending on many factors.... first of all it differs depending on if a board certified plastic surgeon is performing the surgery or not.  Also, if the surgery is performed in a hospital based operating room vs. an office setting, if a board certified anesthesiologist is involved vs. a nurse (or sometimes performing procedures under local anesthesia), etc.  Please be careful when doing your research to make sure your surgeon is properly trained and has experience in this procedure.

A range in my practice would be $2500-$4500.

Please don't "shop around" for the cheapest price - look for a surgeon who has experience and can show you examples.  Also, safety should be your TOP PRIORITY!

Good Luck

The cost varies depending on how extensive of an area is treated and how much time is involved, the geographic location, whether it's being done under local anesthesia in an office setting or under general anesthesia in a surgery center or hospital.  The average cost can vary from $2,500 to $3,500 or more.

Liposuction of the neck costs $1800 (all fees included).

Although there might be variation in the occasional patient, this is my fee for neck lipo under local anesthesia.  If patients want more anesthesia, it would be more expensive.

Price of Liposuction of the chin, neck, jawline

Liposuction of the chin/jawline/neck is done under local anesthesia only and is so easy to undergo with such amazing results and quick recovery. You can usually go to work 1 day later and costs around $2500. There are no stitches so you don't get any scarring at all and you can drive yourself home afterwards.
