Answer: I would recommend implants between 250-350cc. If you use large implants because your breasts are sagging, the shape will be strange and the areola will be too large. In order to minimize these risks, it is better to use a smaller size 250~350cc high projection implant for surgery. It is also an option to perform periareolar mastopexy to create a better shape and reduce the size of the areola. If you try to make cleavage with a large implant, the shape might be odd, so I would recommend improving cleavage with fat grafting.
