Hey there so I am 10 months postop from a under the muscle gummy bear breast aug. I am 23 years old. I am super happy with my results and I healed very well. One concern of mine is that I keep hitting this bump on my scar and it happens either on my left or my right breast but never at the same time on each. It looks like a mosquito bite but I know it’s not. it happens every other month or so and it kind of itches, but there is no pain. I am not using any scar cream or tape or anything at all.
Answer: Breast Augmentation Hi & thanks for your question This may be a suture coming to the surface. Check with your surgeon and have it looked at. Best wishes!

Answer: Scar bump Thanks for your question. This looks like it may be a cyst within the suture line. These are not common following breast augmentation surgery, although they can be easily treated. Typically this would be done under local anaesthetic and only take 5-10 minutes. That said, it is difficult to make a diagnosis and treatment plan alone from looking at photos. I suggest you follow-up with your operating plastic surgeon to determine if there is any role for a scar revision / cyst removal. Take care.

Answer: Relapsing / remitting "itchy bumps" on incision line of both breasts 10 months after augmentation Hi and welcome to our forum! From your history, you appear to be experiencing this apparent inflammatory phenomenon involving both breasts on an intermittent basis as the bumps come and go. It may be related to retained suture material used in the closure. If this phenomenon is not abating over time, I recommend reevaluation by your plastic surgeon.Best wishes...
