I had a mastopexy with no implants in 2018 to reduce my areolas. I opted for the donut technique and was given permanent stitching to prevent the areolas from stretching. The results were disappointing as I developed bad scarring, puffiness from stitch tension, pain from the stitching, & my areolas ended up expanding. I did not have any life changes nor am I planning on having kids. Seeking revision to remove stitching, reduce areolas, and eliminate puffiness. Will travel for experienced surgeon.
