yes. removing the excess skin around the areola is possible but most patients will do this during a breast reduction or lift for symmetry. Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon for advice .

Yes. You are definitely a good candidate for an areolar reduction and a lift. It also appears that your right breast is significantly larger than your left. This could be corrected by reducing your right breast size at the same time.
