I'm 7 weeks post op open rhinoplasty. My columella scar is bumpy on one side and looks more awful than the picture posted? There is a dehiscence under the bump which makes it look worse. How soon can I get the scar on one side revised? Also, I feel the columella is very droopy. Can this be fixed in office with the scar revision?
