I recently had gotten an open rhinoplasty and was wondering if my sutures are removable. I had gotten the gauze out yesterday and it was not very pleasant. I am getting my cast off tomorrow and it is going to be the seventh day tomorrow. I would like to know what to expect. I heard that getting the sutures isn't the best feeling in the world and I was hoping that I wouldn't need to get them removed.

You would have to be examined as a patient, but it appears from only one photo that an open rhinoplasty would likely be able to narrow your nose with a high degree of confidence. Your request is very reasonalble.
Imaging is a very useful tool to help set appropriate expectations going into surgery. From your images it appears you are trying to create a more defined nasal dorsum (bridge). Although you did not show profile photos, to get the result you are showing would likely require building...
