After Blepharoplasty the Skin Around my Eyes Feel Tight

(the lower blepharoplasty surgery was over a year ago)Is there anything that can be done non surgically or are there any products that will help. Also is this problem common?

Tight Eyes

On of the goals of blepharoplasty to regain a "certain" amount of tone to the eyelids.  It is difficult to say if the tightness you are feeling is abnormal.  Certainly after a year this sensation should have resolved.  A thorough exam is recommended to determine the root cause.  Sometimes non surgical offerings could include steroid injections and tissue massage techniques. Skin tightness after blepharoplasty

Blepharoplasty usually involves the removal of excess skin and possibly muscle from around the eyelid. This may cause a tight feeling after the procedure, often associated with swelling. The tight feeling may resolve with time as the skin relaxes.
