Does Acne Typically Occur from a Chin Implant?

I had a chin implant done in July and have expereince chin acne since. I have never had acne on my chin before. It consistently gets worse every month. Could this be an allergic reqaction to my silicon implant?

Chin Implants Do Not Cause Acne

While chin implants do not cause acne, I would speak with your surgeon. You may have an underlying infection or some other problem that you are assuming is acne but is not. If this is true acne though, it is unlikely caused by the implant and I would suggest talking with a dermatologist.
