Voci MD, and Glenn M. Davis MD, FACS. Consult with 3 board certified plastic surgeons to understand your options, and choose the one that best fits your needs and objectives.

Improving symmetry and a hanging columella are correctable situations.  A thorough examination and consultation are important before proceeding with a revision rhinoplasty of any sort.  A surgeon who performs rhinoplasty on a regular basis is key and I recommend looking on the american board of plastic surgery's website for board certified plastic surgeons in your area.  

Consider going out of state. Look for Dr. B. Guyuron , Chairman department of Plastic Surgery at Case Western Reserve University.
Third rhinoplasty require significant expertise. Even primary rhinoplasty requires experience and finesse. You have one chance do it right.

I'm sure there are many good rhinoplasty surgeons in NC. I've always wanted to move your state.
Follow some basic rules to find a good rhinoplasty surgeon:

Look at his/her website and make sure you like the work you see.
Talk to at least 2 of his/her patients.
Make sure you feel comfortable with the surgeon.
Computer imaging is always helpful.
Consult with at least 2 or 3 surgeons.
