Used as directed for 4 months the product gives almost every patient safe, effective lash improvement (thicker, longer, darker). Effects begin in 1-2 months. It is thought to stimulate hair follicles, but without the stimulation of Latisse, the effects diminish. 

Allergan company has not provided guidelines for maintenence, so our patients have taken it upon themselves. Many report the ability to maintain their results with usage a couple times per week.
