Juviderm Under the Eyes

Michael A. Persky, MD answers: How do I get rid of the bluish tint that Juvederm left under my eyes?

I was injected with so much Juvederm under my eyes that I could barely see out of my left eye. I got 5 hyaluronidase treatments and have been left with dark circles and small bags under my eyes. I just want to be normal again. Do you think I should get another treatment? It is better but not back to normal! Please advise.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience.  Time should get you back to normal again.  If the dark circles under your eyes are newly formed after your injections then they may be due to residual bruising.  In that case, warm compresses once an evening may be helpful.  I also agree with everything that Dr. Gilman has advised.  Be patient, time is your best friend.  When you get the chance, please take a swim in that beautiful Hawaiian ocean for me. Mahalo and be well.
